We had a fantastic experience at this luxury hotel, perfect for families. The children's club with its fun slides and interactive game halls kept my 5 teenagers and 2 younger kids entertained. Plus, the food was delicious and the nightly shows fun and engaging.

My kids wished there were more options for kids’ activities in the evenings beyond the shows.

During my stay, I loved how close we were to stunning parks and popular attractions, which made exploring the city a breeze without needing long walks. having great dining options nearby was an added bonus that made our experience even more enjoyable.

Would use them next time

The pools were impressive, with one featuring a cool aquarium in the middle. The spa had fantastic treatments, including a Turkish Hammam and great massages. We had a Premium Pool Duplex Suite with direct pool access and spacious amenities. Numerous different bar and dining options catered to a variety of tastes throughout our stay.

This place impresses with its stunning architecture and luxury feel. The service was sometimes hit or miss, affecting overall enjoyment. Dining options were tasty, but the buffet lacked consistency. The beach area felt neglected. Overall, it had potential but requires improvement in attention to detail, especially in service and facilities. Worth visiting, but manage expectations.

Everything looked stunning upon arrival. The architecture is breathtaking, like being in a palace. The spa services impressed me greatly. A relaxing Turkish Hammam treatment left me feeling rejuvenated. The kids enjoyed the water playground, and the nightly laser show was a fun highlight for all. Our Premium Room had direct access to the pool, making it super convenient for the children. The food at the buffet restaurant was consistently good, with plenty of variety. However, the service at the bars needed attention. There were long waits for drinks even when the staff were present. Staff friendliness varied. while some were warm and welcoming, others seemed to lack enthusiasm. The cleanliness of the communal areas was inconsistent. We noticed a few dirty tables and dishes left unattended. The beach area felt crowded at times, and the limited bar selection there was disappointing. I wish the drinks were served in proper glassware instead of plastic. A few more signs and staff presence would help improve the overall experience. Parking was a challenge due to limited space, especially during peak hours. Despite these issues, I had a great time overall and appreciated the luxurious feel of the hotel. It's a solid choice for families, but there are definite areas for improvement.

Relaxing stay with clean pools and friendly spa staff. Room AC was not great.

Just a fine choice for a rapid stop in Antalya with outstanding value. The Grand Hamam suite was amazing with a huge terrace overlooking the pool. Make sure to ask for room upgrades directly with the hotel.

Magnificent foyer.

This hotel is far from luxury as promised. The staff barely speaks English, making communication a nightmare. I had to wait endlessly for service, and when I finally got someone’s attention, my requests were consistently ignored. The food was terrible, not even close to what I expected for a so-called five-star establishment. To top it off, the music was unbearably loud, ruining the ambiance entirely. I regretted my stay here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
